Available Jobs at DC Teen Discipleship

We offer an intensive training program for volunteers from 20 to 60 years of age. The training consists of 5 hours weekly of academic teaching and 30 hours a week of directly working with our students. There are possible openings in each program. If you are interested in a specific program, please contact us for further information. There is possible advancement in each area and possible paid positions.

DC Academy

We use a self-paced, computer based curriculum in the classroom. There is opportunity for personalized class instruction.

Girls Group Home

We have two group homes with eight girls in each home.

Boys Group Home

We have two group homes with six and ten boys in each home.

Transitional Living Program

This program is designed to meet the needs of our students who have successfully graduated our program but, due to a variety of circumstances, continue to stay with us until they are prepared to enter the next step of their lives which could possibly be employment, college, job corps or the military.

Counselors and Case Managers

Staff provide case management services. Staff would also lead support groups for anger management and substance abuse as well as provide individual and family therapy.
